DELIVERY of YOUR PRODUCTS
ppsgb.com ships Monday – Friday. No orders are shipped Saturday or Sunday. Shipping and Handling is calculated based upon the weight of the product, destination, and all costs associated with processing your order. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT DELIVER OVERSIZED ITEMS TO P.O. BOXES! Please allow 4-6 Weeks for delivery for most items. Any Items that are Hand Crafted may take 6-8 Weeks for Delivery. NOTE: All Items in stock will be shipped within 1-2 Business Days. RETURNS POLICY
Since items may be damaged during shipping we recommend that our customers inspect the merchandise immediately on arrival. If anything is short or damaged on arrival, please have the carrier’s representative acknowledge in writing. You may reject the damaged package. Alternatively, accept it unopened; contact the carrier immediately to request an inspection, and then file a claim if appropriate. If any merchandise is not received in good condition, please E-Mail ppsgb.com and get in touch with your carrier immediately. All claims must be made within (5) Days of receipt of the goods. All claims after the 5th day are not valid. A 25% restocking fee will be added to any returned merchandise unless merchandise is found to have manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping. Note: Claims for goods damaged in transit should be made against the carrier, as we can not be held responsible for damages that occur in transit. All returned Items that are damaged during transit must have your claim against the carrier enclosed; all packages that do not have this enclosed will not be accepted!
