PPS NEWS NEW PPS FACILITY WILL ENSURE CUSTOMERS GET THE OPTIMAL EQUIPMENT FOR THEIR NEEDS Rapid growth in the number of accessory equipment options in the area of decontamination and PPE is making the right choice, in terms of both performance and cost, ever more complex for the end user. Recognising this problem Professional Protection Systems have created a Technical Operations Support facility with a remit to find the right solution to individual customer equipment requirements. |

|
The complexity of the task is illustrated by the fact that the simplest inflatable
decontamination unit manufactured by PPS, the kind that is capable of handling
only two individuals at a time and is usually deployed at Hazmat incidents,
can involve 14 accessory pieces of equipment. These can be anything from a wastewater
unit to a generator system, a special raised floor or an electric inflator.
The new PPS department will be able to establish which is the most effective
and cost efficient equipment available to suit the individual customer’s
specification. |
